BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR VISIT
Warranty & aftercare
Know what is included with your key or fob before you approve the work.
Get the terms with your quote
Ask us to confirm any applicable warranty in writing before service. The quote should identify the supplied product, work covered, coverage period and any conditions. Keep that confirmation and your receipt for reference.
Supplied keys and customer-supplied fobs
A key or fob supplied by us and a product you purchased elsewhere may have different product warranty arrangements. Ask which parts and services are covered for your particular job. Programming a customer-supplied fob does not establish a product warranty from its seller or manufacturer.
Check the agreed functions before completion
Test vehicle starting, entry and remote buttons where included in the job. If an emergency blade was supplied and cut, check its operation as well. Tell the technician about a function that is not working before the visit ends.
If a problem appears afterwards
Text your name, service date, vehicle details and a description of the issue. State whether starting, remote buttons or both are affected. We will review the job and the applicable written terms with you before arranging next steps.
This page does not set a universal warranty period. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
